We accept returns and withdrawals as stated below. Please note that return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

Returns and conditions for acceptance
You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt. Return acceptance requires that:
- The product is in its original condition, complete with all parts and accessories.
- The packaging is in the same condition as upon receipt.
- The product has only been handled normally; damage caused by negligence will not be accepted.
- Hygiene products are thoroughly cleaned before return.
- The return has been pre-approved by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

How to make a return
1. Contact customer service via email: info@lakeland.se
2. In the email, state: order number, reason for return, photo/video in case of defect, first and last name, and address.
3. Wait for our confirmation and return address. Never send the item to the sender's address without our instruction.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will be considered invalid.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you received the item.
- As orders are handled automatically, we cannot stop deliveries. If the item has already been shipped, you can receive it and exercise your right of withdrawal by returning it as described above.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Contact us via email before reporting a return in Klarna for correct handling.

Klarna purchases and disputes
When purchasing with Klarna, you must follow our return policy and save proof (e.g., tracking number). To avoid delays:
- Contact us before reporting a return in the Klarna app.
- Follow our return instructions and save the tracking number.
- We will confirm the received return to Klarna once the item has arrived.
Reporting a return directly in Klarna without prior contact may be considered a breach of contract and delay a refund.

Refund
When the right of withdrawal and return conditions are met, we will refund the value of the item (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

Shipping times
Normally 2-5 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
