FAQ

FAQ
01How do I get a price for my part?+

Upload your CAD file via our Direct Quote service to get a price immediately. But it's just as fine to contact us if you want a manual quote

02Which material should I choose?+

PLA and PETG are suitable for most prototypes and everyday parts. If the part needs to withstand heat, chemicals, or high stress, carbon fiber reinforced materials or PEEK are the right choice, and for flexible parts, TPU is used. Unsure? Contact us and we will help you

03Can you manufacture spare parts that are no longer available for purchase?+

Yes, spare parts are one of our most common requests. If you don't have a CAD file, we can also 3D scan the existing part and produce a basis for it.

04What's the difference between 3D printing with plastic and resin?+

Plastic is suitable for strong functional parts, spare parts and larger components, while resin provides extremely fine details and smooth surfaces — perfect for visual prototypes, models, and figures.

05Is 3D printing suitable for small-batch production?+

Yes. 3D printing is often the most cost-effective option for small-scale manufacturing & prototypes
