Stainless steel is the first choice for most functional parts. Aluminum is suitable for weight-critical constructions, titanium provides the best strength-to-weight ratio and is biocompatible, tool steel withstands high wear, and brass/copper is chosen for conductivity. 03When is 3D printing better than CNC machining?+
3D printing excels in complex geometries & internal channels, lattice structures and organic shapes, as well as for prototypes. For simpler geometries and greater precision, our CNC milling & turning are often the right choice.
04Can you manufacture spare parts that are no longer available for purchase?+
Yes, if you don't have a CAD file, we can also 3D-scan the existing part and create the necessary manufacturing data.
05Are 3D-printed metal parts as strong as traditionally manufactured ones?+
